Whose money is it anyway? A brand new gas or diesel school bus runs $150K. A new electric school bus runs $450K. To convert a gas or diesel vehicle to natural gas costs about $750. I recently saw a federal housing project in the Albany NY area take almost new gas stoves to the the dump. Couldn’t those be taken to one of the 48 states that use gas & be shipped to Federal Housing projects looking to upgrade their stoves?

Whose money is it? Not NY’s! January 1st all new homes in NY
