We can solve the school bus driver shortage by using a private/public solution. If we offer a win/win to companies... family owned businesses, corporations, can all benifit. Eg. Home Depot has some employees come in @9:30 if they’ll work for the school district driving a school bus, the employees get to buy into the school health insurance. Another group of employees come from in from 6am-1pm & drive the kids then. The district has drivers, the company saves $1,000’s on health insurance. Let’s solve the bus driver shortage together!
