Father of Dad?

A man can be a father after one night with a woman, & then disappear forever. A man can be a father & be so busy with himself that his wife & children hardly know him. And then there’s a dad! He’s the guy who is exaushted from work & goes outside to pitch a ball with his son’s, or chaperones the school dance because his 12 year old daughter says”Daddy please!” He’s the guy who gives $5 to a child to go out with their friends when that was his lunch money for work tomorrow. He’s the guy who loans the adult kids money to pay their electric bill when he’ll have to pay his own bills on a credit card now. So if you have a Dad, thank God. If not remember grandpa, uncle Charlie, or the coach who was always there for you. Thank God for Dad’s even if they’re not flesh & blood. Hope you had a great Father’s Day... Dad.
