Thought For The Day 6/8/20

A pastor friend told me he had colon cancer. He lives in upstate NY & was told his operation was considered by governor Cuomo to be elective surgery. He asked,”How come abortion is ok, but cancer is elective? How come you can buy pot & alcohol, go to Home Depot, The Dollartree on Easter but we can’t go to church?” I didn’t have a logical answer. How come we had a 3.5% unemployment rate in Feb with the lowest rate for blacks & Hispanics in history & today people are screaming, “the sky is failing?” In fact CBS news just said that everything lost in the stockmarket has come back. Some companies are making tons of money while stores like the Gap are down a billion in sales. America will come back stronger than ever. But let’s not shut down common sense as we did with this episode of Governmental insanity!
