Let’s help the US Postal workers have a normal life. There was a time when the postal service was the main method of communication,(eg Kevin Costner in the Postman). But today

With the internet...Facebook, Twitter, 24 hr News, we really don’t need 6 day postal delivery We can save about 17% of the

overhead @ the post office by cutting Saturday delivery! We can leave the PO building open till noon,& e-mail people with registered mail or pick up packages.

The Amazon contract is crazy! Rural delivery of snow blowers, small refrigerators etc needs to end! The customer should pick up these larger items @ the PO.

It’s getting harder & harder to hire & retain postal workers. These menn& women are a valuable resource, we need to respect them & give them a life!
